How do you place a CUSTOM ORDER?
- We have made it simple for you by just a click away.
- Choose CUSTOM in the size section while placing your order.
- Once you complete your order the team will contact you within an Hour of placing the order for the required set of information needed and will assist you through the entire process.
- Custom Orders take about 2-5 working days to get ready.
- *NOTE: For Custom Orders We do not accept FULL COD orders. You can either opt for
1. Prepaid order
2. 50% advance and the rest to be paid once the order is delivered at your doorstep.

Exchange/ Return Policy for CUSTOM ORDERS.
- All custom orders are made to order and stand true to the measurements given by the client.
- Custom Products are ELIGIBLE Only for Exchange and Not RETURN of the product.
- Any Issue with the fit of the piece should be attained and rectified to the best of our abilities.
- CUSTOM ORDERS are Altered and reshipped to the clients in case of any issue faced.
- First time is exchange has no charges to be borne by the Client beyond that a sum of ₹200 to be paid for the number of exchanges the client books.

We strive to bring you the best shopping experience possible. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may request to return any eligible item given the terms and conditions are met. You can self-ship the package. We do not cover postage fees for returns. In case you want us to do the pickup procedure for you then to initiate a return and easy pickup you can contact us on our

You can pay for it directly to the company.
EXCHANGE REQUEST must be made within 7 days from the marked as delivered date. We will not accept EXCHANGE beyond 7 days from the marked-as-delivered date.
Any product bought must be exchanged within the said timeline and is eligible to exchange only once( can be style exchange or size exchange) Beyond this the postal charges of the exchange is borne by the customer.
RETURN REQUEST must be made within 2 days from the marked as delivered date.
We will not accept returns beyond 2 days from the marked-as-delivered date.
For RETURN ORDERS we charge ₹200 for Return Shipment Charges.
All of The PRODUCTS BOUGHT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
In case of SELF- SHIP you can ship the package to our Head-office please make sure we receive it within 7 days from the registered EXCHANGE date. Our system can't process exchanges after 7 days & the exchange will automatically be canceled. Returned items MUST be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, tagged, and have no perfume/deodorant/makeup stains.
If we receive a visibly worn item, we have a right to deny your return.
Please DO NOT return packages without approval.
We are not responsible for items damaged after they have left our facility.
Claims on damaged or defective items must be made within 2 days of the marked as delivered date.
Upon review, we will notify you if you are eligible for an exchange. No refunds will be issued. To file a claim, email support@dim.co.in Please include your name and order number.
